The focus of the Conference is on the experiences, adventures, and methods of 'studying internet in India.' This 12th, A digitisation sprint is being organised for student Wikipedians of Andhra Loyola College Vijayawada. Students will learn about scanning books, will use OCR engine and digitise books on Telugu Wikisource. The event is organised by CIS-A2K where Telugu Wikimedian Viswanadh will be participating to mentor the new Wikimedians.

In collaboration with Andhra Loyola College (ALC), Vijayawada, Access to Knowledge programme (CIS-A2K) of the Centre for Internet and Society is opening up a Wikipedia Digital Centre in the college so that students and local Wikimedians could grow Wikipedia and other Wikimedia content in Telugu and other Indian languages. To begin with this, a two-day long Wikipedia Education Program is also being initiated which will continue to grow further by expanding local content on Wikipedia.

This 11th, a Telugu Wikipedia workshop for librarians is going to be organised at Osmania University, Hyderabad, Telengana. Telugu Wikimedia community and the Centre for Internet and Soceity's Access to Knowledge programme (CIS-A2K) are collaborating in helping librarians learn about improving Wikipedia content related to publication and library science. Telugu Wikimedian Bhaskara Naidu is leading the event with support from Academician and Librarian Dr. Achala Munigal. CIS-A2K member Pavan Santosh will be presenting about the Telugu WikiProjects for collaborating with libraries and would be coordinating the event.
