As i said earlier, we trying to automate many things. If we get wiki fund, we will plan to outreach in colleges. Most of the Tamil books are written by awarded writers. So it will help the reach students and post graduate students.</em><br /></span></div>

Still no guidelines from wikiside about our <a href="https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Tamil-Wikimedia-TVA-partnership" target="_blank">Nationalized books of Tamil Nadu.</a></span> if no quick response from our side, we are missing most valuable opportunity from A government side. Simply saying ''WMF should adapt local government state law. WMF admins follows the general copyright law(60 years the death of a author= public domain). Why they are not understanding the law exemptions(<span id="m_6166820996483408251gmail-m_-8730954892359932428gmail-docs-internal-guid-ee7eba51-7fff-12de-cdc2-69e485e8ff6b"><span id="m_6166820996483408251gmail-m_-8730954892359932428gmail-docs-internal-guid-ee7eba51-7fff-12de-cdc2-69e485e8ff6b"><a href="https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/16/Tamil-Nadu-Nationalized-Books-Public-Domain-Declaration.jpg" target="_blank">Nationalized books of Tamil Nadu.</a></span></span>) from a sovereign state. If WMF rigid, no results. OTRS is for a individual authors works what about the bulk of authors. What is role of WMF law advocate team? You are expecting results without any conversations and help steps. Every year Tamil Nadu government releasing many books under public domain. Every time we have to wait for OTRS token. WMF law enforce team think to adapt local law. If you help we will reach few lakhs proofread completed WS pages. We do not need claps. From 1950's, our Tamil scholars working for public domain books.</em></div>

<b>The Centre for Internet & Society (CIS) in partnership with DAISY Forum of India (DFI) and Chakshumathi Assistive Technology Centre, Trivandrum cordially invites all computer teachers for persons with visual impairment for a two day training in the use of eSpeak Malayalam with NVDA for reading and writing in Malayalam.</b>
<h3>Training in the use of eSpeak with NVDA</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">Training in the use of Open Source Screen readers like NVDA will be a focal element of the event. As NVDA with the help of eSpeak provides support for eight Indian languages it will be promoted as a reading tool. The aim of the training is as follows:</p>
<ul>
<li>The candidate should be able to read e-text using NVDA and eSpeak in any one of the eight Indian languages currently supported.</li>
<li>The candidate should be able to download accessible content from the various platforms and repositories of accessible material.</li>
<li>The candidate should be able to use computers as a knowledge searching tool.</li>
<li>The candidate should be able to type using either phonetic, In script or traditional keyboards. </li>
</ul>
<p>The training will be provided by experts from CIS and DFI.</p>
<h3>Who will benefit?</h3>
<p>The event is targeted at promoting the use of eSpeak with NVDA amongst senior computer teachers for persons with visual impairment.</p>
<h3>Facilities</h3>
<p>Accommodation: Seperate accommodation will be provided for ladies and gents.<br />Food: Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided, courtesy Chakshumati.</p>
