 will be the speaker for the July #FirstFridayAtCIS event. Dr. Prabhaka
 r is an Associate Fellow with the National Council of Applied Economic
  Research (NCAER). She is involved in a project that looks at the digi
 tisation of land records in India and its impact on land ownership acr
 oss the country. In the talk\, she will evaluate the impact that digit
 isation of land records has had in parts of rural India. If you are jo
