Discussion at CyFy on Technology, Policy and National Security: Building 21st Century Curricula in India’s Law Schools

Arindrajit Basu attended the session and gave comments on the course outline which included thoughts on:
  1. Threshold of technical knowledge-comparison with WTO law
  2. Need for India-centric approaches both in domestic and foreign policy
  3. Possibility of executive training of senior diplomats
  4. Need to include fintech security in the syllabus
  5. Necessity of international law as a tool of conflict 6. Sustained collaboration between think-tanks and universities

 

The event was organized by Centre for Communication Governance at National Law University Delhi and Observer Research Foundation at Villa Medici, Taja Mahal Hotel, Man Singh Road, New Delhi.
