Call for Case Studies on ICT

CIS invites organisations to participate in a study focusing on best practices in the use of ICTs in education for persons with disabilities.

The study aims to document best practices in the use of ICT tools and platforms in developing countries, especially in the South, to make educational resources accessible to  disabled persons. We are interested in looking at new and creative ways of knowledge building and sharing, development and deployment of low cost technologies, and innovative ways in which mainstream resources are made available to students with disabilities in the  digital age. The study is intended to serve as a learning tool for educators facing similar challenges in developing countries. If you feel that your organisation could serve as a good example for others, and would like to be featured in our study, please contact  Nirmita Narasimhan at [email protected] before 15th August.
