Responses to the DIPP's Discussion Paper on SEPs and their Availability on FRAND Terms
The Centre for Internet & Society (CIS) commends the DIPP for its efforts at seeking inputs from various stakeholders on this important and timely issue. CIS is thankful for the opportunity to put forth its views. The submission is divided in 3 main parts. The first part, ‘Preliminary’, introduces the document; the second part, ‘About CIS’, is an overview of the organization; and, the third part, ‘Submissions on the Issues’, answers the questions raised in the discussion paper.
