First Round-table on Innovation, IP and Competition
The round-table offered a unique forum for academia, policy makers, industry stakeholders and academically-minded practitioners on emerging issues at the interface of innovation, intellectual property & competition law and policy. The attempt is to create a balanced and open discussion on some of the intensely debated issues across the world, while taking particular note of recent developments in India.
The full day round-table on April 2 deliberated on the following sub-themes in four different sessions:
