The IGF is a multi-stakeholder forum that addresses public policy issues related to key elements of Internet governance. The overall theme of the meeting will be ‘Internet as a Catalyst for Change: Access, Development, Freedoms and Innovation'. The various themes are as follows:
- Internet Governance for Development
- Emerging Issues
- Managing Critical Internet Resources
- Security, Openness and Privacy
- Access and Diversity
- Taking Stock and the Way Forward
Sunil Abraham, Executive Director of the Centre for Internet and Society, will be participating in the following workshops:
