10th NLSIR Symposium - Regulating E-Commerce in India

Vidushi Marda participated in a panel at the "10th NLSIR Symposium on Regulating E-Commerce in India" at NSLIU on November 27, 2016 in Bengaluru.

The topic for my session was "Liability Regimes - Ensuring Compliance". I spoke about the various kinds of E-Commerce businesses to consider (from aggregators to platforms to the sharing economy) and focussed on issues surrounding intermediary liability and data protection. The panelists were:
