Centre for Study of Culture and Society seeks Programme Associate

The Higher Education Cell, Centre for Study of Culture and Society is looking for a Programme Associate to help develop e-content and conduct training programmes for projects under its Social Justice and Networked Higher Education Initiatives.

The job profile is as follows:

  • Coordinating activities for the generation of e-content ( in the form of digital course modules) to be offered at the Master’s level;
  • Liaising with partner institutions, universities and/or research centres to set up structures for e-tutoring and dissemination of courseware;
  • Working closely with colleges in three states, helping to conduct training workshops in web and multimedia technologies for undergraduate students and teachers;
  • Building and sustaining e-learning communities.

The candidate should be under 35 years of age and have good knowledge of computer applications and web technologies. Ability to communicate effectively with undergraduate students is a pre-requisite. The job is based in Bangalore but involves a fair amount of travel within the country. Experience in teaching/research in the higher education sector would be an additional qualification. 

Consolidated honorarium will be in the range of 18,000-20,000 per month commensurate with experience. Send in applications in soft copy and hard copy along with an updated CV to:
